We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst based in our San Francisco headquarters to help drive data-informed decision-making across our GTM function. You’ll be instrumental in improving GTM efficiency, forecasting growth, and building the operational foundation of our revenue engine. This is a highly impactful role where you’ll shape systems and workflows that power our go-to-market engine.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in GTM Systems, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations at a high-growth SaaS or technology company
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and common GTM tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, Clay, Apollo, HubSpot)
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining workflows, automations, and reporting to support sales and marketing processes
  • Understanding of SaaS business models, pipeline management, and core GTM metrics
  • Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (Mode, Looker, Retool, or similar); SQL is a plus
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Comfortable gathering requirements from GTM teams and translating them into scalable system solutions

Responsibilities

  • Own and administer GTM systems (Salesforce, marketing automation, sales engagement tools), including configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting
  • Translate business needs into scalable workflows, automations, dashboards, and reporting for Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams
  • Maintain and optimize core RevOps processes such as lead routing, territory management, opportunity tracking, and data governance
  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, and cross-functional teams to support forecasting, deal workflows, and performance visibility
  • Evaluate, implement, and train GTM teams on new tools and process improvements that drive efficiency and operational scale
