This Outbound SDR role drives pipeline growth by generating and qualifying leads through outbound efforts. Collaborate with Account Executives to book meetings and create revenue opportunities. Focus on high-priority goals in a fast-moving environment building next-gen B2B go-to-market infrastructure.

Conduct prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to target personas in Sales, Partnerships, RevOps, Finance, Deal Desk. Qualify leads using fit, intent, engagement, intent signals, research, and personalization. Maintain CRM tracking in Salesforce and refine outreach with demand gen team.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft compelling outreach
  • Highly motivated, coachable, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong belief in using modern AI tooling, automation, and experimentation to increase sales impact
  • Familiarity with cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP) a plus
  • Performance judged on objective results with ownership of outcomes, not passive or schedule-bound

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage target personas (Sales, Partnerships, RevOps, Finance, Deal Desk)
  • Qualify leads based on fit, intent, and engagement, passing only high-quality opportunities to AEs
  • Leverage intent signals, industry research, and personalization techniques to increase engagement rates
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and lead management in Salesforce CRM
  • Work closely with demand generation team to refine messaging and outreach sequences
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for meetings booked and pipeline generated
