SDRs qualify leads based on specific criteria, ensuring account executives receive prospects ready for meaningful sales conversations. They schedule discovery calls, product demos, or meetings and document all interactions in the company’s CRM system to maintain an organized pipeline. Collaboration with the marketing team provides feedback on campaign performance and prospect insights.

Success requires being goal-driven, resilient, and curious, handling rejection while meeting metrics like outreach volume, response rates, and conversion rates. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong active listening, enable quick learning of complex products.
