The Manager, Sales Engineering - Enterprise combines technical expertise with leadership to drive new business alongside Account Executives. This role blends consultative selling, technical solution mapping, and client-facing relationship building.

On a day-to-day basis, support revenue growth across the AMER Enterprise business by developing vision and strategy to unlock enterprise potential. Collaborate with regional and vertical sales leaders on account planning, strategy, and sales calls. Coordinate in-depth product demos, manage technical sales cycles, and demonstrate ROI using prospect sales processes.

Act as a player/coach when needed, demonstrating Clari / Salesloft technically to enterprise executives. Effectively interface with Sales Executives, Implementation Managers, Customer Success, Product Management, and Engineering. Actively promote recruitment, advancement, and success of diverse backgrounds.

Requirements

  • Technical expertise combined with ability to build trust with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in consultative selling and technical solution mapping
  • Leadership of Sales Engineers in individual contributor roles
  • Partnering with Account Executives to drive new business
  • Understanding of prospect sales processes and sales stack to demonstrate ROI
  • Ability to uncover technical needs and manage sales milestones and issues
  • Knowledge of enterprise technologies and integrations
  • Client-facing relationship building at all levels of enterprise executives

Responsibilities

  • Develop the vision and strategy for unlocking full potential of Clari / Salesloft’s enterprise growth
  • Establish initiatives and goals supporting the buildout of sales engineering strategy
  • Collaborate with regional and vertical sales leaders on account planning, strategy, and sales calls
  • Help deliver ambitious subscription and service revenue targets
  • Drive the full-cycle sales of Clari / Salesloft entire platform
  • Act as player/coach, demonstrating Clari / Salesloft technically to enterprise executives
  • Coordinate in-depth product demos including technical aspects and enterprise integrations
  • Manage technical sales cycle for prospects including RFIs/RFPs, security, and implementation questions
