Partner closely with SMB Sales and cross-functional teams to define regional and GTM strategy, ensuring repeatable growth aligned to the customer journey. Join a highly motivated Sales Strategy and Field Operations team impacting sales culture and revenue globally.

Influence go-to-market strategy for the SMB segment over a 1-3 year horizon. Translate strategy into decisions, investments, and detailed plans during annual planning with Sales and Finance. Drive core cadences like forecasting, pipeline reviews, and QBRs to monitor business health.

Identify, own, and execute strategic initiatives to unlock growth, collaborating cross-functionally with customer success, marketing, and product. Interface with SMB sales teams globally in a hybrid model with 2 days a week in office at San Francisco hub. Some travel required in this fast-paced environment.

Make substantial impact on top line and bottom line revenue in a unique position. Work in collaborative communities as Mironeers, delivering Miro's value proposition to diverse accounts. Miro's visual workspace enables distributed teams to innovate on an infinite canvas.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or similar roles within a SaaS enterprise environment
  • 3+ years experience in revenue operations in a velocity setting: PLG, SMB, self-serve environments
  • First seek to understand, then drive alignment and execute with urgency
  • Strong analytical skills to structure analyses, nerd out about data, and inform decision-making
  • Ownership mindset with willingness to roll up sleeves for creative solutions to ambiguous challenges
  • Flexibility and hustle to manage change, ambiguity, and multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
  • Stakeholder management skills with strong written and verbal communication
