About this role
ASSA ABLOY, the world's leading provider of access solutions, seeks a full-time Inside Sales Representative for its subsidiary DoorBird at the San Francisco location. DoorBird develops, manufactures, and markets high-quality IP video door entry systems worldwide. Join to start as soon as possible in this dynamic smart home sector role.
Handle incoming customer calls and reach out to warm and cold leads daily. Provide product knowledge to address technical inquiries and follow up on requests for purchase advice and information. Use excellent oral communication and customer service best practices in all interactions.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments while collaborating to identify and grow territory opportunities. Excel in a team environment at DoorBird, a medium-sized company with around 120 employees based in Berlin, San Francisco, and Jacksonville. Contribute to overall revenue growth throughout the Americas, Australia, and New Zealand.

Requirements
- BS/BA Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferably in the tech industry
- Positive outlook, attitude and strong internal drive
- A 'people-person' who shows genuine interest in helping others solve their problems
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excels when working with a team
- Clear and professional written and phone communication
- Highly productive and proactive
Responsibilities
