Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life, from brainstorming and prototyping to translating designs into code or iterating with AI. As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll help existing customers scale while managing requests and closing deals from a large book of accounts.
You’ll communicate with customers via email, Zoom, and Ironclad about Figma’s platform and pricing. Close inbound sales for subscription expansions like adding products, licenses, new instances, or Enterprise upgrades. Manage billing requests including renewals and payment changes, plus targeted outbound renewals.
Partner with Support, Order Management, Marketing, and Account Executives to qualify inbound prospects and run proactive campaigns. As a founding member of this new team, contribute to evolving sales strategy. Gain strong foundation in product platform and internal processes.
This full-time role is based at our San Francisco or New York City hub. Build career in Sales toward Senior Inside Sales Rep and Account Executive roles. We hire smart, curious people excited to learn and grow.
Requirements
- Desire to build career in Sales toward Senior Inside Sales Representative and Account Executive roles at Figma
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to learn new products, processes, and policies
- Collaboration across multiple teams such as Sales, Support, Billing, and Marketing
- Inherent curiosity and commitment to ongoing learning, adaptable to frequent change, high achiever with strong inner motivation
- Exposure to or interest in product development and web-based collaborative tools
- B2B SaaS experience (preferred)
- Customer-facing Sales/Support experience (preferred)
- Multilingual in Spanish or Portuguese (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Communicate with existing customer accounts through email, Zoom, and Ironclad about Figma’s platform and pricing
- Close inbound sales requests for subscription expansions, including adding products or licenses, creating new instances, and upgrading to the Enterprise Plan
- Manage inbound billing requests such as processing renewals and changing payment term/method
- Close targeted outbound account renewals
- Qualify and handle inbound sales requests
- Partner with Marketing to run proactive campaigns that maximize expansion/retention across all products
