Requirements
- Experience running an operating plan using OKRs in a high-growth or complex environment
- Strong track record of driving execution across multiple teams and functions
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Comfort working in fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing materials for senior audiences
- Ability to influence without formal authority and hold teams accountable
- Background in finance, strategy, consulting, or operations
- Experience building or managing dashboards, KPIs, and forecasting models
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the President to prioritize time, decisions, and focus areas
- Prepare materials for board meetings, executive reviews, and investor updates
- Own the company-wide operating rhythm, including annual planning and quarterly OKR setting
- Lead the design, rollout, and tracking of OKRs across all departments
- Lead high-priority initiatives spanning multiple teams such as product launches and facility buildouts
- Build and maintain dashboards that track key performance indicators and OKRs
- Establish consistent meeting rhythms, reporting structures, and accountability practices
- Improve internal communication and visibility across teams
