About this role

Miro is seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Product Manager to partner with the field organization to amplify Miro’s product differentiation in competitive situations. You will be instrumental in dissecting competitor capabilities, identifying technical shortcomings, and leveraging these insights to enhance Miro’s competitive edge. This brand new role blends strategic thinking, technical prowess, and leadership to reinforce Miro’s market position.

You will hands-on test competitive products, convert insights into powerful competitive advantages, and foster a feedback loop between the field and product teams. Equip the field team with in-depth knowledge and tactics to increase win rates while partnering with product marketing as a “challenger persona” to create resonant training materials. Proactively engage C-level customers to influence large deals and build robust competitive plays.

Partner with a cross-functional team including product marketing, solution engineering, sales, customer success, product operations, product management, analytics, and engineering. Your leadership will foster continuous learning, adaptability, and collaboration in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Establish robust feedback loops translating real-world scenarios into actionable product enhancements.

Be at the forefront of Miro's competitive strategy, bridging technical insights and field execution to exceed market expectations. Lead cross-functional initiatives aligning strategies with business goals and represent Miro in customer meetings and events. Drive sustainable growth through strategic insights and enablement tools critical to success in a competitive market.

Requirements

  • Prior technical product management experience in the B2B SaaS domain
  • Prior experience in competitive strategy in the B2B SaaS domain
  • Expertise in data analysis and interpretation
  • Experience in setting up compelling demo environments and pitches for both Miro and competitive products
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
