Lead a team across marketing operations, analytics, campaigns, performance marketing, SEO, website optimization, and email/lifecycle. Requirements
- Data-driven full-funnel marketing leadership experience building demand generation engines
- Proven track record scaling pipeline through paid, organic, and lifecycle channels
- Expertise in performance marketing, including paid search, paid social, and ABM
- Strong skills in SEO, website optimization, and conversion rate optimization
- Experience leading teams across marketing operations, analytics, and campaign management
- Ability to blend data rigor, storytelling, and cross-functional enablement
- Comfort operating in high-growth environments with ambiguity and intensity
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans including budget allocation and resource management to align with go-to-market strategy
- Define the integrated demand generation strategy across paid, organic, field, and lifecycle channels to drive pipeline growth and expansion
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team spanning marketing operations, analytics, campaign management, and performance marketing
- Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships to align on ICP, buyer journeys, and pipeline goals
- Develop quarterly pipeline and ROI targets, and present performance insights to the executive team
- Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns including paid search, paid social, ABM, webinars, and field that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue
- Own the website as a core growth channel—oversee UX, CRO, and SEO strategies that convert traffic into high-intent leads
- Manage email and lifecycle marketing to nurture leads through the buyer journey
