Taskrabbit is a marketplace platform connecting people with Taskers for everyday home tasks like furniture assembly and moving help. The Senior Business Operations Analyst leads end-to-end implementation and optimization of the automated enforcement tool. This role bridges company policy and technical execution to maintain marketplace quality and drive revenue growth.
You will spearhead gray market reduction initiatives by activating policy enforcement mechanisms. Own analysis and tracking of enforcement impact using frameworks and dashboards. Drive direct revenue growth by identifying and reducing off-platform transactions through data analysis and targeted tests.
The Revenue Optimization team within Marketplace Operations acts as analyst-owners across business aspects. They use deep analysis, data-driven experimentation, and pricing levers to hit financial targets. Develop scalable solutions for mid and bottom funnel optimization in a collaborative environment.

Requirements
- Experience with business rules engines and translating policies into automated logic
- Proficiency in data analysis, experimentation, and building performance dashboards
- Strong analytical skills for tracking marketplace metrics and revenue leakage
- Expertise in designing tests to optimize user behavior and platform health
- Familiarity with marketplace operations, pricing levers, and supply optimization
- Ability to map complex policy workflows and identify enforcement gaps
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with Product, Engineering, and Operations
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical implementation of policies within the Business Rules Engine (BRE), translating business requirements into automated logic
- Own the analysis and tracking of policy enforcement, developing frameworks and dashboards to monitor efficacy and marketplace impact
- Drive direct revenue growth by identifying, analyzing, and reducing off-platform transactions through data analysis and operational tests
- Design and execute experimental frameworks to test new marketplace rules and measure impact on user behavior and platform health
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to align BRE with product roadmaps and regulations
- Operationalize marketplace integrity by mapping policy workflows, identifying enforcement gaps, and implementing automated solutions
- Define and monitor KPIs related to policy compliance and revenue leakage, providing actionable insights to leadership
