Co-founders Bret Taylor and Clay Bavor bring deep expertise: Bret as former co-CEO of Salesforce and CTO of Facebook; Clay with 18 years at Google leading Labs, AR/VR, and Workspace. As Brand Designer, you’ll drive creative thinking and strategic execution to push brand narrative forward. You’ll contribute to brand and marketing strategy using first principles.

Day-to-day involves producing brand assets, comprehensive campaigns, and materials for internal and external use. Manage creative direction across website content, social media, presentations, events, photography, video production, and motion graphics. Note: deep knowledge in these areas with willingness to expand expertise.

Collaborate closely with external partners, multidisciplinary creatives, and internal teams in marketing, engineering, and product. Articulate design decisions clearly and provide cross-org input to shape planning. Deliver and solicit feedback to elevate the Sierra brand while maintaining guidelines and craftsmanship.

Requirements

  • Proven experience driving brand development and creative design for Global B2B, SaaS and AI-driven products
  • Portfolio demonstrating strategic, conceptual, and design skills for original, persuasive, visually compelling work
  • Experience with film production, motion graphics, live webinars, social and media campaigns, marketing assets, and holistic brand design from conception to execution
  • Strong ability to craft clear narrative and paint a vision that aligns teams
  • Experience developing creative brand and acquisition campaigns while collaborating with marketing and technical organizations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate problems, design concepts, and decisions

Responsibilities

  • Apply creative thinking and strategic execution to push brand narrative and innovation forward

  • Manage creative direction and production for website, blog content, social media assets, presentations, event materials, photography, video, and motion graphics
  • Collaborate closely with external partners, multidisciplinary creatives, and internal teams across marketing, engineering, and product
  • Articulate design decisions clearly to diverse partners
  • Provide cross-org input to shape planning and strategy
  • Deliver and solicit feedback to elevate Sierra brand quality, craftsmanship, and guidelines
