About this role

We are hiring a Growth Marketing Associate to support and accelerate execution across the entire marketing org, spanning demand generation, field marketing, and brand and content. This is a high-learning, high-impact role for someone early in their career. You will gain exposure to all facets of modern B2B SaaS marketing while working closely with sales and marketing experts.

You will act as a jack or jill of all trades, helping run campaigns, support events, and build marketing muscle. Contribute extra horsepower wherever needed through strong execution and analytical thinking. Experiment with next-generation marketing tools to supercharge growth efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Demand Gen to launch, track, and optimize programs that drive pipeline
  • Assist in planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, events, outbound support, and content distribution
  • Help maintain campaign calendars, timelines, and cross-functional coordination
  • Support execution of event and field marketing strategy including conferences, dinners, and community programs
  • Coordinate logistics, vendor communication, and post-event follow-up processes
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure field efforts translate into measurable pipeline impact
  • Support content creation that educates and nurtures core ICP at every funnel stage
  • Assist in supercharging social media presence through content planning, experimentation, and execution
