The North America Monetization Product Strategy & Operations team ensures US advertisers are inspired, excited, and empowered to partner with TikTok. We serve as connective tissue between clients, sales people, and product & engineering teams. We build verticalized go-to-market strategies to scale adoption of innovative advertising solutions.

TikTok seeks a Vertical Product Marketing Manager focused on the retail vertical to drive full-funnel revenue. Identify problems and build solutions that help clients grow their business. Shape ambitious, ambiguous projects and partner with Sales and Product leadership on go-to-market strategies.

Plan and lead retail go-to-market strategy with key sales leadership, including sales enablement and product positioning. Partner closely with Sales to understand user pain points and influence product development. Lead market understanding, opportunity assessment, and customer feedback.

Join a best-in-class team with in-depth client understanding to aggressively market current products. Identify future product opportunities and gaps. Influence leadership across TikTok and represent the vertical with Product Management and engineering.

Requirements

  • Strong collaboration with sales, product, and engineering leadership
  • Deep understanding of clients and advertiser pain points
  • Skill in market analysis, opportunity assessment, and customer feedback
  • Knowledge of advertising ecosystems like TikTok for strategic positioning

Responsibilities

  • Plan, define, and lead a Retail go-to-market strategy with key sales leadership
  • Drive sales enablement, product positioning, and full-funnel plans partnering with cross-functional teams
  • Partner closely with Sales to understand user pain points, form business requirements, and prioritize solutions influencing product development
  • Lead market understanding, opportunity assessment, analysis, customer feedback, and represent the vertical with Product Management and engineering
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of the TikTok ecosystem and landscape to develop strategic feedback and positioning
