Our team crafts voice interfaces that are useful and ubiquitous, paving the way for voice-first experiences over screen-first technologies. As Design Lead for Marketing, you’ll bring design strategy and execution skills, strong taste, attention to detail, and understanding of creative approaches across the funnel for paid and organic growth.
You’ll create dynamic, visually compelling marketing assets that resonate with target audiences like creators and solopreneurs. This includes high-quality visuals for paid campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, plus organic social posts, stories, and videos. Collaborate with performance and product marketing teams to optimize for platforms, driving acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Marketing at Wispr inspires adoption, drives engagement, and cultivates advocacy through powerful storytelling. You’ll work closely with product and engineering teams, ensuring every asset builds awareness, trust, and demand. Partner with the CMO to maintain brand consistency in typography, colors, and tone across all interactions.
Use marketing analytics insights to iterate designs, optimizing for CTR and conversions via A/B testing. Participate in brand strategy sessions to evolve Wispr Flow’s visual identity. Join a well-funded team with $26M from NEA and 8VC, advised by leaders from Apple Watch, Dropbox, and Whoop.
Requirements
- Dexterous mix of design strategy and design execution skills
- Strong sense of taste and attention to detail
- Keen understanding of creative approaches effective across the marketing funnel for paid and organic growth
- Experience designing for digital platforms including social media, paid ads, email, and landing pages
- Ability to create motion graphics and short-form video assets
- Proficiency in optimizing visuals for platform-specific requirements and audience targeting
- Familiarity with performance-driven design using analytics and A/B testing
- Collaborative mindset for working with marketing, product, and engineering teams
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality visual assets for paid marketing campaigns, including static and motion ads for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Develop organic social media visuals, including posts, stories, carousels, and short-form video graphics
- Create assets optimized for specific audiences and platform requirements, including display and experiential ads
- Collaborate with product marketing to design landing pages optimized for conversion on web and mobile
- Design assets for email campaigns, blogs, and partner communications aligned with brand voice
- Ensure all marketing assets consistent with Wispr Flow brand guidelines on typography, color palette, and tone
- Partner with CMO to extend, refine, and evolve visual identity over time
- Use analytics insights to iterate designs and participate in A/B testing for key metrics like CTR and conversions
