Serve as a trusted thought partner to the CEO, working side-by-side on strategic priorities, planning cycles, and special projects driving growth. Oversee cross-functional initiatives, ensuring clear direction, accountability, and delivery across the executive team. Translate high-level strategy into actionable plans and operational frameworks.

Support decision-making through deep strategic and analytical work, identifying trends and providing data-driven insights. Manage information flow to and from the CEO for clarity and prioritization. Champion collaboration and operational excellence in a fast-moving, globally scaling company.

Requirements

MBA required from a top institution with strong strategic and operational acumen
Top-tier consulting firm (Bain, BCG, McKinsey, or Bridgewater) or investment banking experience required
4-6 years of professional experience in management consulting, strategy, or executive operations
Ideally additional experience in a strategy/product/business operations role at a tech company
Outstanding analytical, organizational, and communication skills to manage multiple complex initiatives
High emotional intelligence and humility to collaborate with diverse teams and executives
Strategic thinker comfortable in hands-on execution
Passion for technology, storytelling, and the intersection of AI and entertainment

Responsibilities
