This VP of Growth Marketing role will spearhead growth strategy to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.

In this position, you will develop and execute innovative growth tactics, optimize the marketing funnel, and scale the user base across multiple channels. Identify and prioritize opportunities informed by data and experimentation while understanding broader industry trends in a rapidly evolving space. Report weekly to senior leadership on key performance metrics and drive strategic decisions including high-level strategy and budget management.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of driving growth and scaling user acquisition in consumer technology
  • Strong grasp of growth strategies, tactics, and cross-channel best practices
  • Skilled at managing projects, teams, and budgets in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communicator and leader with an entrepreneurial, innovative approach
  • 10+ years of growth or marketing experience; bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities that create meaningful impact, informed by data and experimentation
  • Understand broader industry trends in a rapidly evolving space
  • Lead and mentor a team, encouraging experimentation and continuous improvement; assess performance, promote when earned, fire when needed
  • Plan and run a clean hiring process that meets company core values and delivers needed skillset
  • Report to senior leadership weekly on key performance metrics across channels
  • Drive strategic decisions on the team by setting high-level growth strategy and managing budget
  • Develop and execute innovative growth tactics to optimize marketing funnel
  • Scale user base across multiple channels to drive acquisition, engagement, and revenue
