You'll partner with Product, Pricing Strategy, and Sales to develop pricing strategies for new and existing products. Conduct pricing performance analysis, customer segmentation, interviews, and competitive benchmarking to drive optimizations. Provide ongoing deal support as the pricing and packaging expert while coordinating go-to-market readiness.
Execute the NPI process for MuleSoft and ensure cross-functional alignment across systems and teams. Build and maintain pricing dashboards with AI-driven forecasting and anomaly detection to flag pricing leakage or usage spikes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and operational scalability.

Requirements
- 4+ years in pricing, product ops, strategy, or business operations roles, preferably in tech or SaaS
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; Excel/GSheets expert, SQL or BI tools a plus
- Proficiency in leveraging Generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) to accelerate market research, draft pricing documentation, and automate routine operational tasks
- Proven ability to work with and influence cross-functional stakeholders and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with product lifecycles, monetization mechanics, and operational systems (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, ERP)
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action and process improvement
- Early adopter of AI technology who proactively finds ways to use automation to increase the efficiency of the Pricing and Product Ops function
- Experience in pricing for subscription or usage-based products
Responsibilities
