About this role

Papa Community is a 0-to-1 venture based in San Francisco building virtual care for seniors. As the first hire in Strategy and Business Operations, you'll work closely with the GM as an operator, strategic thinker, and problem solver.

You'll take ambiguous problems, turn them into clear recommendations, and implement changes in an agile way with a focus on learning velocity. Drive a wide portfolio of high-priority work to deliver meaningful business impact. Requirements

  • Ability to take ambiguous problems and turn them into clear recommendations
  • Experience implementing changes with a focus on learning velocity and agility
  • Strong skills in digging into data for business intelligence and complex analysis
  • Proficiency in market and competitive trend analysis using external research and expert interviews
  • Expertise in stakeholder management and end-to-end project ownership
  • Capacity to evaluate platforms and tools through structured scorecards and demos
  • Strategic thinking applied to high-priority initiatives in healthcare operations

Responsibilities

  • Own special projects end-to-end: scoping, execution, stakeholder management, and reporting
  • Drive business intelligence by digging into data and conducting complex analysis around market and competitive trends
  • Read extensive external research, analyze internal and external data, and conduct interviews with subject matter experts
  • Lead end-to-end evaluations of platforms and tools, building structured scorecards, running demos, synthesizing tradeoffs, and delivering clear recommendations
  • Turn ambiguous problems into clear recommendations and implement changes in an agile way
  • Drive a wide portfolio of high-priority work to deliver meaningful business impact
