Responsibilities
- Manage budget efficiently, hitting or exceeding targets by continuously optimizing channel and campaign allocations on paid social platforms
- Develop channel strategy by understanding products, buyer pain points, and channel dynamics, building experimentation roadmaps grounded in sound hypotheses
- Test and learn to scale what works across paid social channels
- Use data to optimize budgets and bids for each campaign, balancing cost, growth, and efficiency
- Improve campaign efficiency by concepting resonant creative and graphics, enhancing qualification processes and lead gen flow
- Test novel technological innovations for paid social performance
- Collaborate with marketers across the business to build and iterate on campaigns for channel and segment goals
- Partner closely with growth stakeholders to drive revenue efficiently
